He got his start with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but former quarterback Doug Williams is best-remembered as the MVP of Super Bowl XXII. A first-round draft pick from Grambling State University, Williams joined the Buccaneers in 1978 and helped lead them to their first playoff appearance one year later.
