Description
King, who can play in defence or midfield, has agreed a deal a week after scoring a goal to mark his first start in an England shirt against Portugal last week. The 23-year-old, who first broke into the Tottenham team as a teenager in 1999, was due to be out of contract in summer 2005. The length of his new agreement has not been confirmed.
