James Shaw, Jr., applied to be a part of Nashville’s Community Oversight Board. After he missed his first scheduled interview, he showed up to the second interview wearing a hoodie and cut-up jeans, when every other nominee was in business casual, at the least. He appeared uninterested and even bothered to answer questions. However, the real surprise came with what he told city council members in his responses.
